Your title, full name, contact details, email address, home and mobile telephone numbers; Your home address and address history, together with information about your occupier status, whether you are a tenant, living with parents, or are an owner-occupier; your D.O.B., your occupation, job title and employment details; your personal identification i.e. a passport or a driving licence; Your nationality if this is necessary for us to comply with our legal and regulatory requirements; Your bank details; Personal information obtained from third parties such as CRAs or FPAs and publicly available sources of information such as the electoral roll and court records of debt judgements and bankruptcies; Your solvency and/or litigation history;
Depending on how you make your funding request we may collect this information directly or indirectly. Those making an application should not share any other individual’s personal information with us except where they have shown them a copy of this privacy policy and obtained their confirmation that they know you will share it with us for the purposes describes.

4. How we use your personal information

4.1 In order for Blue Star Capital Management Limited to provide you with any products or services we will need to process your name, address, date of birth and email address. In certain circumstances, we may be required to obtain additional personal information about you.

In some circumstances, we will transfer and obtain personal information from third parties where it is necessary for purposes such as credit checking and fraud prevention or for marketing purposes.

7.1 Blue Star Capital Management Limited have adopted appropriate security measures to ensure your personal information remains secure. This prevents your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way. Standard Terms & Conditions:
Our Standard Brokerage fee is 2% of any Gross Loan payable upon loan Completion/Offer ( 3% on Overdraft facilities ).
Our Standard Loan Extension/Renewal/Rollover fee is 1% of Gross Loan payable upon loan Completion/Offer.
A minimum Brokerage Fee of £5,000 will be applied to all and any loans
